St. Louis Magazine featured Destination Desserts in a recent online story by Erica Sloan. The piece, titled “Wedding Décor Trend: Unique Food Installations,” explores the trend of unconventional food display options couples are choosing for their weddings and receptions, including food trucks. The article quoted our own Chef Jennifer Brinson, who noted the increase of requests for our desserts and the truck at weddings. As Sloan observes, “food trucks are all the rage at weddings for both style and function.”
